General Terms and Conditions
We offer lessons for all ages and levels.
Prices are valid until further notice, subject to change.
A lift pass is compulsory and is not included in the lesson price.
Payment in cash: Swiss Francs (CHF), Euro (EUR)
by card: VISA, Mastercard, Maestro.
Payment can be made at the Tourist Centre Kandersteg
Cancellation
Cancellations more than 3 days before the lesson will be fully refunded, cancellations between 3 days and 24 hours before the lesson will be charged 50%, and cancellations less than 24 hours before the lesson will be charged in full.
Snow-Storm reserves the right to cancel group lessons if the minimum number of participants is not reached.
Our instructors work in all weather conditions, provided we deem it reasonable for the lesson. Lessons can be cancelled by us if the weather does not permit regular lessons. Lessons will then be fully refunded.
Booked lessons can be cancelled by us if no transport facilities are in operation. Lessons will then be fully refunded.
Delay
In the event of a delay on the part of the customer, illness, supposedly bad weather or partially closed lift facilities, no refund will be made.
Our instructors will wait no more than 30 minutes at the meeting point after the start of the lesson.
Insurance
Insurance is the responsibility of the customer.
Snow-Storm is not responsible for the customer's insurance. Snow-Storm declines any liability for accidents during lessons or their consequences. Swiss law applies to the legal relationship between the customer and Snow-Storm.
The exclusive place of jurisdiction for legal action against Snow-Storm is the court in Thun.
